The property provides access to numerous hiking trails that provide breath taking views, and a chance to witness first hand an active forest that is part of the owner’s social impact journey related to environmental and greenhouse gas reform.

The Catskill Glamping Experience is a luxury camping experience that combines the freedom of nature with the comforts of home. This experience includes a stay in a tent featuring a queen sized bed, electricity, and a private indoor bathroom. Entertainment includes private hiking trails, a grill, and an outdoor cinema system.

The property is part of a water and forest preservation initiative aimed and ensuring water quality preservation. The water flowing through the property flows to designated reservoirs that channel water from upstate NY region to NYC over 100 miles away. The 90+ acres of forest and surrounding ecology is under professional forestry management and is playing a role in the critical natural carbon offset effort taking place around the world.
